Why? Because people who follow Jesus have a lot to celebrate. Jesus gives us some amazing reasons to party. Friendship, belonging, forgiveness, life, purpose. That’s why we believe the Gospel of Jesus is the ultimate good news.

VBS (Vacation Bible School) is a fun-filled week of connection and activity for our Bethesda Kids and their friends. Each day will be jam-packed with music, dancing, Bible stories, crafts, snacks and much more. Our theme for 2024 is Start The Party!

PRESCHOOL VBS, JUNE 11-13 - ages 3-5 (2 year olds welcome to join for opening and closing sessions under parental/caregiver supervision)
ELEMENTARY VBS, JUNE 24-27 - Kindergarten - Grade 6 (children must be in this age group as of September 2024)
VBS FAMILY EXPERIENCE, JUNE 28 - Children of all ages are welcome! (parents/caregivers must also register and attend with their children)

It takes a large group of volunteers to make VBS happen! From decorating the building, to preparing snacks and crafts, to leading small groups and stations - the opportunities to serve are endless!
