Thank you for choosing Bethesda Pentecostal Church as your church family and for considering Membership with us.
Below you will find the following:
A guide outlining the types of Membership, Eligibility and the Application Process - to be downloaded and read prior to filling out the application.
A copy of the “Local Assembly Constitution & By-Laws” - to be downloaded and read prior to filling out the application.
A request for a picture submission to be added to your Membership file - to be sent via email to info@bethesda.ca.

Once you have read through all the information, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact info@bethesda.ca.
Once the application has been submitted you will be contacted for a meeting with our Lead Pastor and a Board Member.
