Registration Options
You can register either as an individual or as part of a group — whichever works best for you.
Individual Registration
To register for yourself, simply fill out the registration form by clicking the link below.
Group Registration
If you’re registering with a group, one person can complete the registration for everyone. Just click the link below and fill in the information for each member of your group.
If you would prefer to fill out a paper copy for group registration, you can download a copy of it by clicking “Group Registration” below.
Payment Options
Payment for both individual and group registrations can be made by e-transfer (EMT), cash or cheque.
If you are paying by EMT you can send your payment to give@bethesda.ca and be sure to include your name and “Ladies Retreat” in the memo section.
If you are paying by cash or cheque, please drop your payment off at the Bethesda office during office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Please note that your registration is not complete without payment. Payment is due before the registration deadline of Saturday May 9th.
