This is a Part Time (20hr/wk) Contract Position
The Children’s Ministry Assistant supports the overall mission and effectiveness of the children’s ministry by providing strong organizational leadership, preparing curriculum, and hands-on ministry support. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming, well-executed, and spiritually impactful environment for children by ensuring that behind-the-scenes systems run smoothly.
This role requires someone who is enthusiastic about serving children and empowering leaders, and who demonstrates strong organizational skills, dependability, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate should be able to balance a weekly schedule that includes office hours, ministry involvement, and offsite errands This is a contract position that reports directly to the Children’s Pastor.
